What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter/Refinisher position at Service Doctor?
We are seeking refinishers / sprayers to join our team. Experience in an auto body shop is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate on the job. You must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license as this position requires travel to worksites.
Your responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Refinishing tubs
- Refinishing countertops
- Refinishing cabinets

Pay is $18.00/hour to start. We can train you to reach your potential. You will have a performance review at 30 days which can put your hourly rate up to $18.50/hour. You will have another performance review at 60 days which can put your hourly rate up to $20.00/hour. You will make progressive pay monthly to make $23.00 per hour.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Availability on Saturdays is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
