Full-time Customer Service Representative position in our Hazleton Location. Normal schedule is Monday though Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a day off during the week.
Candidate Duties:
Communicate with new and existing subscribers for the purpose of installing, maintaining or terminating services. Answer busy telephone lines, on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, payments, and other duties.
Individual should:
Candidates should possess high school diploma or GED and must have a basic knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Competitive salary. Evening and weekend work will be required.
