The Content Creator focuses on uncovering and telling the compelling stories of our people, culture, and projects. This individual will play a vital role in capturing the voices and stories of our team, clients, and industry leaders to enhance our company’s newsletter, website, and social media presence.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Schedule, conduct, and document interviews with internal employees, clients, partners, and other key stakeholders to craft compelling stories for internal and external audiences.
- Develop engaging written, audio, and visual stories based on interview findings, highlighting company achievements, team culture, client success, and industry trends.
- Write and contribute to the monthly company newsletter, ensuring content is informative, relevant, and resonates with both internal and external audiences.
- Curate content for social media channels, focusing on telling authentic stories that increase engagement and align with our marketing strategies.
- Partner with a photographer / videographer during site visits to gather complementary visual content; occasionally handle photography or video independently.
- Work closely with all departments to track down information about projects and initiatives to ensure accurate storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and maintain a robust content calendar.
- Organize and manage digital media files and documentation.
- Support other marketing initiatives to promote Service Electric Company's mission and values.
- Other projects as needed.
