Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies for new verticals.
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks to support rapid growth and expansion.
- Lead the creation and management of new contract variations for new verticals and customer types.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational functions.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Organize and keep up to date all relevant documents, checklists, process flowcharts, collateral, and partner communication items.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Work with leadership to launch and managed support programs and platforms related to onboarding, origination, partner reporting, etc.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive alignment and prioritization.
- Lead key projects related to growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed to achieve objectives.
- Work with reporting teams to performance of growth initiatives and operational processes using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, contract management, and scaling strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
- Experience working in or with new verticals is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in process optimization and scaling operations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Vizio, Monday, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
