What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Northeast position at Service Express?

Account Managers are responsible for engaging customers and helping them get the value from their purchase as well as growth and expansion of their customers. This role will be the support to their customers and help them set up product processes, workflows and maintaining the customer relationship needs. Here's what this position is all about : Expand Service Express' footprint and uncover future potential by focusing on uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offeringsAdhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology by overcoming objections and pricing deals that are profitable to Service ExpressSet, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts and stakeholders with existing accountsUncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challengesDevelop and deliver customized proposals and Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) at regular intervals with key accountsStrategize with customers around Data Center challenges and best practicesCollaborate with Senior Leadership on identified opportunitiesBuild and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive resultEngage internal partners and successfully transition accountsManage CRM with customer notes and next steps - keeping all relevant information up to dateCollaborate with multi-functional business units to ensure information is utilized effectivelyWhat We Are Looking For From You : Experienced complex seller with a background in managing and selling to existing customersProven success in the full sales life cycle : including prospecting, proposals, presentations and bringing in new revenue for an organizationProven success in retaining and discovering new opportunities with existing customersTrack record of problem solving and providing solutions to customers History of hitting quota and successfully meeting sales performance metrics We offer you : $60-75K commissions depending on experienceWorkplace flexibility that empowers our employeesPersonal growth and advancement opportunitiesPaid volunteer hours and birthday offSeveral health insurance offerings that start on day one50% health club membership reimbursementCompany 401k matchService Express is an equal opportunity employer.
