As an intern on the BI team, you’ll work with real business datasets and utilize a variety of cutting-edge data science tools. You’ll work on many different types of reporting and analytics, giving you exposure to a wide range of business problems and datasets.

What does a Business Intelligence Intern do?
- Extracting, cleaning, and summarizing data from SQL databases
- Using software like Excel, SSRS, and Power BI to produce meaningful reports
- Using tools such as R and Python to create insightful, user-friendly, and interactive data visualizations
- Prioritizing and balancing a workload of several tasks at a time
- Effectively communicating methods and results to audiences with varying levels of understanding
- Exposure to Excel or willingness to learn
- Exposure to SQL, Python, R, Power BI or other computer programming languages
- Exposure to predictive modeling and machine learning concepts
- Eagerness to learn and problem solve
- Time management and communication skills
- Salary range $15-$17/hr
- Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office required (Tuesday - Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote)
