What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Manager - Central position at Service Express?
Senior Account Managers are responsible for engaging customers and helping them get the value from their purchase as well as growth and expansion of their customers. This role will be the support to their customers and help them set up product processes, workflows and maintaining the customer relationship needs.
What You Will Do :
- Expand Service Express' footprint and uncover future potential by focusing on uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offerings.
- Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology by overcoming objections and pricing deals that are profitable to Service Express.
- Set, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts and stakeholders with existing accounts.
- Uncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) at regular intervals with key accounts.
