What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction - Metal Building Erector position at SERVICE FIRST STAFFING INC?
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Construct and assemble pre-engineered metal buildings, including the installation of walls, roof insulation, metal panels, and trim. Perform tasks at varying heights, typically between 20\' and 30\'. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (experience preferred but not required). Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Occasionally travel for out-of-town projects.
- OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Previous construction experience. Must be able to read a ruler, blueprints, and do basic math. Must be tool trained (hand tools). Must be able to weld doesn\'t matter what style. Must not be scared of heights over 30 feet. Must be able to work in ALL safe conditions (Heat, cold, etc.) Experience with metal building erection is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts is an advantage. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability are essential. Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
