Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food processing plant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of food products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Weekends as needed.
- Full Time. Long Term.
- $18.00 - $22.00 DOE and Position
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure all products are fabricated, packaged, and labeled correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
- Assist in the training of new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Skills
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
