Job Description : Technology Analyst
Technology Analyst with 5 years experience implementing integrations between technical systems to create meaningful workflows to effectively solve large scale problems.
Experience should include working with stakeholders to design and develop solutions, understanding systems, identifying gaps and implementing efficient workflows to achieve goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters in a Science / Engineering / Applied Math / Technical discipline with 3-5 industry experience in tech product / analyst roles
Support and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder interactions, product development and adoption, to support a comprehensive and integrated approach to protecting user privacy.
Prepare operational and leadership reports, including but not limited to, coordination with internal stakeholders to enable reporting, internal and external program communications, strategic planning, and XFN coordination.
Tracking operational and project-related activities and process performance.
Identify and help in addressing program risks and issues, including working with stakeholders to execute remediation actions in support of overall program objectives.
Perform data analysis to identify gaps and drive process improvement efforts.
Develop workflows for information capture from multi-tenant systems to enable program scale and efficiencies.
Experience in coordinating both internal and external events. This includes planning, organizing, and managing events such as team meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Responsible for establishing and implementing regular processes and communication channels to ensure effective execution, collaboration, and progress towards program goals.
Communicate with internal stakeholders on program and process performance, status, risks, issues, and mitigations.
Support development of project plans, project artifacts, and facilitate project management activities.
