Job Title : Systems Administrator III (Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator)
Location : US - CA - Remote
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and quality assurance.
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our learning management system, ensuring seamless delivery of training and certification programs to our learners.
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the learning management system, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring data integrity
Create and manage learning events within the LMS Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and upload course content Monitor and analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features or functionality
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and accessibility
Provide exceptional customer service to learners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Document processes and procedures, contributing to the development of best practices for LMS administration Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration, making recommendations for improvements to the system
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field
3 years of experience in LMS administration, educational technology, or
3 a related field
We're specifically looking for someone technical, who is proficient in html, CSS and Javascript, or even an entry level computer science graduate Strong knowledge of LMS platforms Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and accessibility Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration Proficiency in HTML / CSS (ability to create and edit web pages)
Preference :
Experience with Intellum LMS is highly desirable
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field 3 years of experience in LMS administration, educational technology, or 3 a related field
