Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for keeping various types of floors clean and looking good in commercial spaces. You should know how to care for different types of flooring and be able to work both independently and with a team.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, starting at 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors of all types, including carpet, tile, and vinyl.
- Use the right equipment and techniques to clean carpets.
- Perform tasks like buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors to keep them looking great.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow safety and health standards while cleaning.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management right away.
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and techniques used in commercial spaces.
- Experience with floor care, such as carpet cleaning and buffing.
- Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality work.
- Ability to work on your own or with others as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
