Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our branch. This role involves not only managing the branch but also playing a crucial part in training, developing, and retaining our team of service and installation technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with passion and accountability, ensuring a culture of excellence within the team.
- Train, develop, and retain service and installation technicians to foster a high-performing team.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that aligns with our professional standards.
- Uphold our “white collar” image in the “blue collar” industry.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profit growth for the branch.
Additional Duties
- Conduct and present technical and communication training for the team.
- Approve and finalize payroll.
- Perform routine performance reviews and manage technician schedules.
- Conduct job site visits and technician ride-alongs.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and profit success.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain a professional business image.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and follow up on the permitting process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the plumbing industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team success and growth.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to connect, listen, and understand team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
