Job Description – Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Project Manager at The Service Moose is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of home service projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple home service projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, service crews, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring work meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Implement best practices for project management and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
