Job Description – Project Manager
Position Summary:
The Project Manager at The Service Moose is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of home service projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple home service projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, service crews, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring work meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Implement best practices for project management and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
