What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Coordinator position at Service My Restaurants?

The accounts coordinator is responsible for answering customer calls and assisting the office in the quoting of equipment, parts and other repairs as well as assisting office personnel in the proper daily workflow. The position assists our field staff in relaying proper information to our customers, timelines, etc. Being able to help in emergency situations to be a calming voice in stressful situations is a part of the position as well. This currently is a part-time position but may consider a full-time position if able to work a weekend day.
Functions
· Provide a positive team attitude to our staff
· Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and vendors
· Research and resolve customer issues as they arise
· Ensure that techs are properly entering all information in correct places
· Working with multiple technicians to quote new equipment and/or repairs while technicians are in the field
· Processing payments for clients
· Learning the invoicing aspect of the company to serve as the primary back up for our billing coordinator
· Writing up and entering quotes into the computer as well as the customer files
· Properly documenting all equipment and related information into estimate sheets
· Placing new jobs that are either called in or sent in via email
· Assist in the answering of phones daily
· Resolving customer complaints as needed and/or bringing it to the attention of management for resolution
Compensation is based on Experience and Ability
Requirements
Strong Computer Skills using Microsoft Office Products
Fast, Hands on Learner
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
Able to communicate well with Customers
Able to receive ongoing training and direction
Well-groomed and Business casual attire expected
Able to learn and retain large amounts of Information
Team player to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
