About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sewer and Drain Plumbing Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This position is responsible for selling our plumbing services and products, specifically related to sewer and drain systems, to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales through effective consultation and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their sewer and drain needs, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Promote and sell plumbing products and services related to sewer cleaning, drain repair, pipe replacement, and other related solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and outstanding customer service.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for plumbing services, including scope of work, timeline, and cost.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including following up on leads from marketing campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with other team members, including technicians, to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to project completion.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective consultation and sales strategies.
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance for sewer and drain systems, emphasizing the importance of regular inspections and cleaning to avoid costly repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing sales.
- Strong understanding of sewer and drain systems, plumbing products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to close sales.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical plumbing terminology and communicate it to clients effectively.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and provide appropriate solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a diverse client base and sales pipeline.
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
