About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) Install Helper to assist in the installation of trenchless pipe rehabilitation systems. As a CIPP Install Helper, you will work closely with experienced installers to ensure the efficient and safe installation of CIPP liners for repairing and rehabilitating damaged pipes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and installation of CIPP liners in various pipe systems.
- Help transport, load, and unload materials and equipment to job sites.
- Support the setup of equipment, including resin mixing and curing machines.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job.
- Assist with the safe and effective installation of the CIPP liner according to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Work with the crew to ensure the installation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide assistance in the curing process and any necessary post-installation activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure all work complies with company standards and local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in the construction industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
