Duties
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and dashboards to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
Experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Understanding of load balancing concepts to ensure optimal application performance.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases for data management within applications.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking principles including DHCP configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
