This position earns a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year with a $1000 sign on bonus and has access to benefits after 90 days of employment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
- Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean driving record
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
- The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
