Staff Pharmacist

Service Pharmacy has a full time position available for a registered pharmacist, three days per week and every other weekend. We are located in central New York State, approximately one hour southeast of Syracuse, one half hour south of Utica, and one hour north of Binghamton. Applicants must be pharmacists, R.Ph. or Pharm.D, currently registered in New York State. This is a full time position. Duties include all aspects of filling prescriptions in a retail setting, as well as ordering, inventory control, and supervision of non-licensed personal. Applicants should have experience working in retail or have recently graduated from pharmacy school. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, and paid time off. Business hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm Sunday. Our store is fairly busy, generally filling between 225 and 300 prescriptions per day. We are looking for a self motivated individual who wants to be part of a team and is interested in a pleasant work environment. We do not do Covid tests or immunizations. Our pharmacists are free to serve their customers' prescription needs without the constant interruptions that immunizing entails.
