We are looking for a dependable and committed Customer Service Representative to work in our call center on Monday-Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Service Plus, you will be working in the call center with the rest of your team. You are the first interaction that a customer has with the company, so creating a fantastic first impression is crucial to the success of the company.
With your team, you will work together to ensure that our call board is booked for 3 days in advance at all times. These bookings keep our technicians busy with work, which ultimately creates revenue for the company. Therefore, Service Plus would not succeed without our customer service representatives!

Monday-Friday; 8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM
Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month, depending on the call center's needs.
On weeks a Saturday is worked, you may choose a different day (M-F) to take off.
This can be discussed in detail during your interview.
40 hours a week, guaranteed. This position is eligible for overtime.
