Service Point Solution is a leading property maintenance company servicing one of the biggest property management companies in Utah. We have an exceptional reputation for service and expertise. We are seeking a highly organized Dispatch/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Effectively communicate by text and phone with tenants to schedule repairs
· Schedule jobs for maintenance technicians
· Audit jobs for missing info
· Dispatch techs properly with constant communication
· Monitor job progress, and communicate updates effectively
· Maintain positive and encouraging relations with techs and tenants
· Keep maintenance system up to date (AppFolio & Service Fusion)
· Provide excellent customer service
· Effectively communicate timely and accurate information to maintenance techs
· Effective in busy, multi-tasking and stressful situations
· Assist with in-house billing, maintaining KPIs, and keeping jobs updated
· Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Two (2) years’ experience in dispatching/logistics
· Two (2) years’ direct customer service experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in scheduling/managing multiple priorities
· Proficient in MS Office, and able to learn and adapt to new software
· Previous experience in an office/administration setting
· Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
· Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier
