We invite full-time Residential Comfort Advisors to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ.
This is an uncapped, commission-based role with a stiped for your training period (1-3 months based on experience). High-performing Comfort Advisors can make anywhere from $150,000-$250,000 in total compensation. Industry leaders are million-dollar earners!

What Will You Do?
First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.
This role will be focused on Residential Services Sales, playing a critical role in the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue for the organization.
This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:
π Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships.
π Engage in live prospecting and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
π Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service we provide and pricing.
π Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
π Understand the customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions.
