- Depending on experience, this role can make at least $25 - $50 an hour. High performers have made anywhere from $80,000 to $170,000 in total compensation.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot / cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
