Position Overview:
As a Duct Cleaner Helper at Service Professor, you'll thoroughly clean and maintain ductwork, ensuring optimal airflow and indoor air quality for our residential customers.
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Assisting in duct cleaning in residential locations.
- Communicating the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
- Demonstrating professional knowledge of all company products and services.
- Accessing customer's HVAC systems appropriately.
- Cleaning and replacing registers.
- Responding to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Completing daily check-out/ check-in procedures, vehicle inspections, and required record keeping.
What Does It Take?
- HVAC schooling and/or experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
