Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train skilled flooring installers within your assigned geographic region.
- Analyze local market trends, including competitors, pricing structures, and installer networks, to drive strategic decisions.
- Leverage data and reporting to track performance, maintain gross profit margins, and meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor installation quality and strengthen installer relationships.
- Enhance customer partnerships by maintaining strong relationships with Lowe’s and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with workrooms to implement installer retention programs and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience: High school diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, installer recruitment, or related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while aligning with organizational goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in database management, spreadsheets, email, and word processing software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic algebraic and geometric calculations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong reasoning skills with the ability to handle routine challenges effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. (e.g., laptop, monitor, or carpet pad).
- Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and insurance standards.
