Bookkeeper – Full-Service Restoration Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our growing full-service restoration company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and performing general ledger reconciliations. You will also support month-end closing processes and ensure financial accuracy through precise reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AP and AR functions, including invoice processing, payment postings, and collections.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and account adjustments.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookke8
- eper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in AP/AR processes, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
