Requirements:Description: Work closely with Mitigation team to ensure projects progress efficiently, obtain high customer satisfaction with clear communication, and follow up for payment on services rendered.
- Schedule jobs with customers and mitigation team to provide timely service
- Review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct
- Participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other mitigation team members
- Create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information
- Help explain the insurance process to customers and field questions and concerns
- Ensure proper documentation is in job file
Typical Weekly Schedule: Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:15 am – 5:00 pm, with on call rotation one week every 8 weeks; May include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 base Lucrative Bonus Potential For High Performers
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Experience in mitigation support, or mitigation field work, preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
