Responsibilities
- Perform restoration tasks for properties affected by water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Utilize power tools and equipment to effectively restore and clean affected areas.
- Conduct thorough assessments of damage to determine the best restoration methods.
- Execute carpet cleaning and other cleaning tasks as needed to restore properties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques.
- Proficient in using power tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
