Tri-State/Service Group is a 102 year old multi-state commercial construction group with 12 companies in the Southeastern United States. Our group offers a career with safety and quality oriented company. We have an excellent opportunity in Greenville, NC for an experienced Yardman-Commercial Roofing.
Duties Include:
- Regular inspection, service, and repair of motorized equipment, generators, power tools
- Check incoming materials against packing slips and keep records of receipt and material use
- Organization of shop and yard, keeping inventory neat and orderly for efficient tracking
- Assist production crews with job preparation including loading and unloading trucks
- Deliver materials to jobs as assigned
- Additional related duties as assigned including painting, building repair
Skills/Requirements:
- Tow motor and forklift experience helpful
- Familiarity with commercial roofing business helpful
- Small Engine repair experience preferred
- Sufficient physical strength and agility to perform duties
- A good work ethic, reliable, and on time
- Drivers license and clean record
