As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take charge of the critical task of planning and managing the daily delivery, pickup, and servicing of our portable sanitation equipment. Job Responsibilities :
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :
Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support, addressing their requests, and advocating for their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate ETAs.
- Monitor driver progress throughout the day, reallocating work as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple operational departments to identify and address potential service or routing challenges.
