As an Event Sales Representative at Service Sanitation, you’ll play an important role in supporting our front-line customer service and sales team. Together, you’ll assist with high volume of inbound sales calls & emails to help guide customers to an ideal sanitary solution that solves their problem. This involves creating quotes, inputting orders, or chasing prospective leads through our CRM. Job Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of 40-50 daily inbound calls & emails quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Respond to email inquiries, ensuring customers are treated in a respectful and professional manner.
- Routine data entry tasks for creating new accounts & inputting a significant volume of complex work orders.
- Track and log routine sales responsibilities into CRM.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and departmental policies, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs in the event industry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer communications, including questions, complaints, and concerns.
- Support Account Managers by ensuring contract pricing compliance and meeting contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- CRM program management experience preferred
- Demonstrate professionalism and high-level time management
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- 1- year experience in inside sales capacity with sales/growth-oriented personality
- Full-time Hybrid Remote Role
- 40 Hours/week minimum, Monday –Friday
