You'll be directly involved in the ideation, design, animation and finishing phases of media production. Together, you'll help better our local communities and empower the American worker to excel!Job Responsibilities : Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following : Help with producing and ordering marketing and training collateralTranslate verbal or written direction into on-brand visual concepts and designsAssist photography team with occasional video / photo shoots as neededCommunicate clearly with all team members on status, deadlines, and roadblocksCraft complex graphics for print, collateral, digital, social media, email, and blogsDevelop supplemental motion graphics for marketing and training videosProvide regular input regarding communication to ensure visual identity is on brandRequirementsQualifications : 2-3 years of experience in a Jr. or Sr. design roleBasic Understanding of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication and excellent interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree with concentration in web design, motion graphics, and / or illustration.Fluent in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)Knowledge or experience working with 3D animation programs (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, etc.)Basic knowledge of the WordPress platform is a plus!
