Positions Schedule
- Monday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
- Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break
Job Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA. The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician s schedule as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
- Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center
- Must be able to type ~70 wpm
- MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
Remote Work Requirements
SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:
- High Speed internet
- Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
Compensation
- This job role is between $16-$19/hr based on experience
- There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000 per month
