GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with year-round work. We offer 8 hour shifts with on-call and overtime as needed. Weekends and public holidays may be required.

Your first stop of the day is a residential service call to troubleshoot a faulty air conditioning unit. With your keen eye for detail and years of experience under your belt, you diagnose the issue in no time and have the system up and running before lunch.
Next, it's off to a new construction site where you'll be installing state-of-the-art heating systems. As you work alongside your team, you can't help but feel a sense of pride knowing that your craftsmanship will keep families warm and comfortable for years to come. The day flies by in a whirlwind of service calls, installations, and client interactions. The minimum requirements to be considered:
- EPA certification
- 3 years of HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating
- Proficiency in reading schematics
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short notice
- Comfort working in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE certification
- Experience in residential and commercial HVAC service
