HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
As our Finance Manager - Accounting Clerk, you are tasked with establishing and overseeing robust financial systems, encompassing the creation, evaluation, and refinement of financial processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Your role involves guiding efforts to achieve financial objectives by recommending forecasting requirements, drafting budgets, projecting expenditures, and analyzing variances to support informed decision-making.
Additionally, you play a key role in driving operational efficiency by developing action plans, auditing operations, and overseeing the accounting team to deliver accurate, timely data and recommendations. Monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing specialized reports, maintaining internal controls, and fostering transparency with internal and external stakeholders are also integral to your responsibilities. Furthermore, you lead the accounting staff through recruitment, hiring, supervision, performance evaluations, and training initiatives, fostering a high-performing team dedicated to achieving organizational goals.

- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Desktop
