We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.
Duties
- Problem solve, learn, and contribute in a startup environment where processes are being understood, created, and implemented.
- Manage daily office operations, including managing calendars
- Respond to calls/messages and direct them appropriately.
- Work with software for scheduling and billing.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing correspondence and preparing reports.
- Run quarterly and yearly reports for state of CT and USDOT
Skills
