Warehouse Manager

About the role

• As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse employees and managing key operations to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functionality. This includes overseeing receiving, shipping, returns, inventory management, delivery, and overall warehouse organization.

What you'll do

• Serve as lead Warehouse equipment operator including but not limited to maintaining warehouse equipment, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and maintaining service records.
• Assist with supervision of warehouse associates in operating equipment.
• Assist in development and implementation of quality control process – ensuring customer orders are pulled, packaged, and delivered accurately, timely and efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse associates adhere to proper safety protocols including wearing proper safety equipment when operating all warehouse equipment.
• Assist with Associate safety training and uphold highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or higher.
• Related job experience or training required. Distribution center experience that would include most of the following: logistics management, material handling knowledge, DOT Regulations, store ordering/ shipping processes, and receiving processes.
• Supervisory / management skills to perform at second level of supervision over entry level associates.
• Ability to perform reporting and analysis.
• Valid Texas State driver’s license w/ clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years or older to drive due to insurance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
