As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and controls.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with a variety of equipment.
- Collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their comfort.
- Following blueprints, codes, and safety standards during installations.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed projects and inventory.
- Training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.
- Experience: 2 years as an HVAC installation technician preferred.
- Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong math and analytical abilities.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: HVAC certifications are a plus (we can help you earn them!).
