The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our company's marketing strategy, implementing both external and internal campaigns, and developing creative and impactful media. This individual will lead all marketing efforts, manage brand communications, and collaborate with department heads to align marketing with sales, recruitment, and operational goals.This position is required to work onsite.
What you will do:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the company's internal and external goals.
- Ensure a unified brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage the company's online presence and reputation across all digital platforms including website/SEO, social media and email marketing, guided by performance, content strategy, and analytics to ensure continuous improvement and audience engagement.
- Administer a marketing budget, delivering objectives within specified cost thresholds.
- Collaborate with the executive team to deliver inspiring and culturally aligned messaging internally and externally.
- Balance multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay informed on design trends, technologies, and marketing best practices to enhance STI's positioning and messaging in a competitive market.
- Lead additional staff in the development and execution of all marketing strategies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or related industries)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social media schedulers, etc.)
- Fluent in Microsoft & PC based software suites
Salary : $105,000 - $113,000
