OTE: $60,000 - $65,000 uncapped commission bonus structure
The Account Manager Trainee is responsible for progressively learning the job responsibilities of the Account Manager, in preparedness to take on responsibility of an Account Manager. This position requires achieving customer retention through effective account servicing, and working both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage up to an average of 30 stops per day, delivering textiles.
- Minimize lost accounts and model our beliefs and values.
- Achieve personal performance and expense goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Cultivate new sales and additional rental service volume (upselling).
- Account renewal(s), account collection(s), account management.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and sales skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in negotiation and business development
- CRM experience
