We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Manager to lead and oversee our customer service and administrative operations in Hutto, TX. Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service Management :
- Supervise and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Administrative Oversight :
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
