Project Supervision : Oversee and supervise all phases commercial roofing sheet metal projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating the work of multiple crews. Team Leadership : Lead a crew of sheet metal professionals and laborers. Assign daily tasks, provide guidance, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Quality Control : Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Perform regular site inspections and resolve any issues as they arise. Safety Management : Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Conduct regular crew meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Project Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to address any delays or unforeseen issues. Budget Oversight : Work closely with the project manager and estimator to monitor the project budget, ensuring that labor, materials, and other costs stay within the allocated limits.
