What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR position at ServiceBasix?
A long-time team member is retiring, and we must fill her void.
We help our national clients maintain their single-family rental homes in cities nationwide.
Processing maintenance requests — efficiently — is key to our clients.
Emailed work orders from clients are scheduled with tenants and dispatched to technicians. Clients are updated on our progress until the work is completed.
In essence, this is the role of the customer service representative (CSR)
It sounds simple … but it’s not easy.
In addition to being proficient with various computer software, email, texting, and phone systems, our CSRs must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
They can multi-task and stay professional when tenants are not.
Most of all, they are reliable, dependable, and mature. In short, they take ownership.
This will initially be a part-time position with working hours from M-F 11-6, and Sunday 1-3 PM.
Training will be done in person with your supervisor. Once you're fully trained, you will be working virtually.
Pay starts at $15/hr, with potential merit increases.
