We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Transformation and AI to lead our efforts in implementing Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our business partners. The ideal candidate will lead a small, dedicated team with the expectation to scale the organization as required.

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 122,000.00 - 226,600.00
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for AI and digital transformation.
- Lead and mentor a small team of AI, ML, and RPA specialists.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and RPA solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor and report on the progress of AI initiatives and their impact on business operations.
- Identify opportunities to expand the AI and transformation team to meet growing business demands.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.
- Primary point of contact for AI and transformation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in leading AI, ML, and RPA initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in scaling teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and tools.
- Strong project management skills.
