This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can commit to the specified schedule and has a strong sense of responsibility toward maintaining an efficient office environment. Schedule
- Monday mornings, 8:30AM - 12:00PM
- Tuesdays and Thursdays (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Administrative Support:
- Order and manage office supplies, including coordinating lunches for meetings and team events.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Executive Assistance:
- Provide support to executives as needed, including scheduling travel, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and special functions.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure event logistics run smoothly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation is required to ensure punctual arrival for on-site duties.
- Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are essential, as this role involves coordinating time-sensitive tasks and supporting office operations.
