Role Overview

The Partnership Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This position will report to the Director of Partnerships to ensure seamless onboarding, effective communication, and operational efficiency for our partners. The Partnership Communications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining partner pipelines, coordinating enablement resources, and analyzing performance data to support strategic decision-making. As a vital point of contact for partners, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to fostering collaborative relationships. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new partners by coordinating training, documentation, and support to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on performance and commissions.
  • Support the implementation of tailored partner programs and systems that enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Create and coordinate enablement resources, such as training materials, webinars, and event logistics.
  • Organize and maintain documentation, ensuring partners and internal sales teams have access to up-to-date materials and information.
  • Collect and analyze partner performance data, providing insights and feedback to improve partnerships and strategies.
  • Assist with planning and execution of industry events and forums, representing the company’s brand and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a first-line resource for questions and ongoing support.


General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, customer success, marketing coordination, or a related role - ideally in SaaS or a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, marketing automation tools like HubSpot, and landing page builders like Unbounce.
  • Analytical mindset with experience collecting, interpreting, and reporting on performance data.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or technology ecosystems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a commitment to personal development and high-quality work.
