**It is anticipated that the internship program this year will be primarily Remote/Work from Home. However, we hope to be able to have some opportunities for in-person activities as well. As such, candidates within commuting distance of Troy, MI may be given preference.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with development of a professional certification training program.
- Create a content review workflow process and implement with stakeholders.
- Gain an understanding of adult learning theory and how it applies to Corporate Training
- Provide support to Director of Training and Corporate Training team.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Junior or Graduate Student; Instructional Design or Adult Learning Theory related majors preferred.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must possess problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team.
