New Orders Associate -Agency Sales & Posting

**This role will be primarily Remote/Work from Home, however, it will be required to come in to ServiceLink's office in Irvine, CA occasionally.  As such, strong preference may be given to applicants that are within reasonable commuting distance of Irvine, CA.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

·          Assist the business with clerical duties, typing, filing, copying, mail opening and multi-line phone operation. 

·          Data entry of department documents into our databases.

·          Ensure that the queues are up to date.

·          Address inquiries from both internal and external clients.

·          Assist with processing the queue for Sales.

·          Support any and all departments as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

·          One or more years’ experience in default servicing or real estate industry is preferred.

·          Practical data entry and proofreading experience.

·          A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.

·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.

·          Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

·          Assist the business unit with processing of orders for any number of services performed through use of web based production system.

·          Maintain open communication with other departments or supervisors, as may be necessary.

·          Incumbent is thoroughly familiar with the input formats and reviews documents for completeness and that data is appropriate to the field.

·          Adheres to expected level of production which or may not include number based achievements (for example, making sure all queues are cleared/up to date).

·          Addresses inquiries and feedback from clients, internal staff and vendors professionally and in a timely manner, as necessary.

·          Primary role consisting of the processing of the queue for New Orders.

·          Support any and all departments as needed such as New Orders, Field Services, etc.

·          Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·          High School Diploma or Equivalent required

·          1 years’ experience in default servicing or related real estate industry preferred

·          Practical work experience with data entry and proofreading

·          Must be able to use and have intermediate computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft Office products.
