Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent / Project Manager for our Reconstruction / Rebuild Department. This person will work with homeowners, insurance adjuster, and in house project management staff. They will primarily work on site, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing budget and schedule of project, and ensuring each job is complete on time, on budget, and with a happy customer. The perfect candidate will be comfortable managing large and small commercial, residential, and multi-family home projects from start to finish.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite a must (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Xactimate estimating software is preferred. This is a full time, year round position.
Our primary coverage area is the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
Responsibilities
- On site coordination of projects to include supervision of all work performed, daily reports of work completed, overseeing project budget and schedule.
- Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, technicians and office staff to ensure timely project completion and high customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and office staff for all assigned projects
- High attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of customer service while also making sure projects are complete on time and on budget.
- Ability to thrive in a team focused, fast-paced environment is important to this position
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Reconstruction department
- Base pay ability to earn bonus pay for each project that hits profit and completion time metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Construction Estimating or Property Adjusting experience
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Experience using Xactimate preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Some evenings or weekends as needed
